[Testimony] Miracle

I was not extroverted and negative person. so I always complained all about things. I thought I was not blessed person and a good-for-nothing. I didn't like myself. so I couldn't love my family and the others.
But I have changed!! Instead of complainig, I can thank to everything and love everyone. I certainly believe in God in my hearts, not only by my lips. yeah, It's miracle!! what makes me different person? who changed me? It's my "Great Daddy", my God. That's why I want to tell you my story.
When I was 20 years old, I entered the Chongshin university. but I was not satisfied with my university. so I just got along with my childhood friends. On Friday nights, my friends liked to go to bars. They had never known God, so they always told me that there was no God. I was shaken whenever they asked me go to bars or drink. Somtimes I was drunk, It devastates my moral fiber.
One day,  I had a service in my university's chapel. it was very much business as usual for me.(It was duty.) But through this service, I met my God. The paster preached a sermon on the parable of the lost sheep. I heard God's voice in my mind. I cried and cried. I realized what I did was not worth. That was foolish behavior. I wanted to stop living this kind of life. I couldn't keep going on like this. so I knelt down in prayer in the chapel. I repented all of my sins and my God forgave all of my fault. he is faithful God, he says, 'If you confess your sins, I'm faithful and just to forgive your sins, and to cleanse you from all unrighteousness". As it is I become a new person now!!
After that, I wanted to do him to right his favor somehow. so I decided to become a Sunday-school teacher and entered the children praise team. at first I was a singer , 2years later, became a team leader. Through me, many children met God, even though I was nothing. They were loud in God's praise.
I can't belive it until now. God is always so amazing. He is my savior, Jesus died for everybody's salvation such like me. There is none like God. he is almighty, greatest in the world. Only he can save us from
sin, and change our life!  so that's why
I'm here..and you are here. The very
fact that God changed our lives with the
cross is a miracle.
where you go, he will go with you,
when you stay, he will stay with you.
Nothing compares to the God's promise.
I will worship God forever. and I want
to be more trustworthy God's servant. :)

[Diary] Happy weekend!

I had a great weekend with my youger sister ,youger brother and cousins:)
I was really glad to see them(cousins) again after all these years.
I had a nice chat with cousins I haven't seen for a while. It was really nice.

As soon as we met, we went to eat at a restaurant.
We ate cooked-chicken and fried food. It was delicious:)
And then, we were going to go billiard hall. At first I thought It was not fun. (because I've never  played billiards before...) But it was really fun and exciting ! haha
We played billiards in teams of two. and we bet on which team is going to win the game!
Unfortunately, my team lost the game :(......
After that,  we were going to have a drink. of course, my team had to pay that money.
This means, the reward of winner.
Anyway, whatever we were lost the game, I was absolutely excited :)
It was really a pleasure meeting them.
yeah, hanging out with cousins is as much fun as the meeting itself :)

[My hobby] Nail Care & Nail Art

I often do "Nail Art". sometimes, it makes me feel good and quite relaxed:)
I think this is one of used methods that relieve my stress.
So, I also do shopping to buy nail polish. yeah, I really like to get a manicure:)
But, before painting nails, you'd betther do "Nail basic care".
So, I want to tell you "Tips to having beautiful nails"that I know.
[My nail& nail polish ↑]

Here is "Tips to having beautiful nails" that I know.
  • Don't use your nails as tools to pick, pull or peel things. (I think this is the most important!)
  • Moisturize, Moisturize, Moisturize! It helps your nail look healthy and just makes your hands look lovely.
  • Always use a base coat before you polish. It protects your natural nail, and some actually help improve your nail's quality!
  • You know, nutrition affects the quality of your nails. You are what you eat is very true! Eating enoughVitamin B, potassium, iron and calcium will improve nail health.
  • Try to have one day off with no polish on your nails to let them breathe a bit. It looks not pretty, I know. But having weak, unhealthy nails isn't much fun either. It's for the greater good!
  • If you have yellow stains on your nails, gently get rid of the surface of your nail. Try not to get carried away as buffing thins your nails.

  • These are just some basic nail care tips to get you started.  you can do it!!

    [Review] Cambodia

Have you ever heard of  "the secret of Angkor Wat"? That's the reason why I went to Cambodia.
I just wanted to see it for myself and figure out!
Anyway, absolutely it is the fact that Cambodia has woderful place:)

First, when I arrived at there, I was very surprised at the scene! (look at the picture!!)
The sky was overspread with white clouds. lt looks like "Som-Sa-Tang(famous sugar candy in South Korea)" And the green grassland extends endlessly. It was the most beautiful I've ever watched.

If you go there, you can also explore the chaotic and energetic and always fascinating capital city of Cambodia. Phnom Penh, once known as the Pearl of Asia, boasts a gorgeous Royal Palace and its famous Silver Pagoda.
besides, I visited the National Museum which hosts a vast collection of Khmer antiquities, and drop by the Independence Monument.
    [Royal Palace in Phnom Penh]

And the biggest one, the legendary temple of Angkor Wat, the largest religious monument ever built and other surrounding temples. I saw one of the most spectacular temples in the world, Angkor Wat, built in the early 12th century. it is considered a masterpiece of Khmer architecture.
Also I could see the traces of Cambodia's historic religious culture  to the majestic walled city of Angkor Thom. It was amazing..!!
    [Angkor Wat]

And then, I went to Cambodia's Great Lake, the Boeung Tonle Sap (Tonle Sap Lake). I heard that it was the most prominent feature on the map of Cambodia.
Of course, I took a ride on the boat. But, the water in this lake was not very clear I had expected. haha..
    [Tonle Sap Lake]

The last one is Cambodia's Night Market. I heard "Angkor Night Market" established in 2007, was the first night market to open in Cambodia. I could enjoyed  Instead of department store, I could find buildings that was made of natural materials and designed beautifully in Khmer style. And there were lots of Cambodia style's clothes and some accessaries:) I bought some:*)

[My Opinion] "Dokdo" is korean territory and how we could preserve

These days, The island chain, Dokdo is claimed by both South Korea and Japan, even though Dokdo has been Korean territory for fifteen hundred years.
Dokdo is indisputable, proved by a wide variety of historical and documentary evidences. it is included documented cases where the Japanese government itself recognized Korean sovereignty of the island.
In spite of these facts, Japan government keeps arguing that Dokdo is theirs . as the following the reason will demonstrate, Dokdo is truly beyond question or argument! and you can see how we could preserve Dokdo island.
first, Dokdo has been recognized as a part of Ulleungdo geographically. in Ulleungdo, we can see Dokdo with the naked eyes if the weather is clear. also, the distance between Japan’s Oki Island and Dokdo is twice farther than the one between Ulleungdo and Dokdo. also, the distance between Japan’s Oki Island and Dokdo is twice farther than the one between Ulleungdo and Dokdo.
Second, we can see the historical record that proves Dokdo belongs to Korea. in A.D. 512, Dokdo was submitted to Shilla and became our territory. there are a lot of government literatures that recorded Dokdo as ours. moreover, Japan Meiji government admitted that Dokdo was not related to Japan’s territory in 1877.
Lastly, international standards confirm Dokdo as Korean territory. once, Korea territory was controlled by Japan. however, after Cairo Declaration, Korean reclaimed their territory and Dokdo virtually became ours. also, Korea regained sovereignty after the end of the World War Ⅱ and at the same time, got back the dominium of Dokdo.

All these evidences prove that Dokdo belongs to Korea.  No matter what Japanese say, Dokdo is Korean territory. There are a lot of geographical, historical, and international legal evidences that proves it. I hope Japan government stops senseless arguing and concedes Dokdo as Korean territory.
To introduce our evident territory Dokdo, we should plan to effective and innovative methods to announce.
Before doing this, it is essential and significant task to aware our own territorial evidences that Dokdo is Korea's island.
With current ingorance of Dokdo, we cannot do any valuable and fruitful things. therefore citizens of Korea have duty to recognize own worth about Dokdo island and apprehend history of Dokdo.
Personally, I think advertising about Dokdo is the most critical problem. we can product impressive TV ads which provide information on Dokdo and make sure that Dokdo is our territory with sufficient proofs. then, if we export these advertisements all over the world, they will bring more positive outcomes than we expected at first. and it will natural that world citizens have new consciousness about Korea. on the strength of these efforts, advertising are most important

[How to] how to choose a Hairstyle based on Face Shape

When it comes to get a new hair style, the shape of your face is a major factor to consider. Just as certain colors you wear can compliment your skin tone, a hairstyle designed around the shape of your face can dramatically effect your overall appearance!

Before you choose a hairstyle, you should know own your face shape.
There are 5 basic face shapes.
                   1. Round
                   2. Square
                   3. Heart Shape
                   4. Oval
                   5. Long/Rectangular

    1.  ROUND FACE SHAPE

A round face is as wide as it is long with soft, round edges.
A round face shape is best complimented with styles that minimize volume around the face, keeping volume at the crown of the head. A round face can appear much slimmer with some soft gradual layers and wispy ends.
Side swept bangs are also a good look for those of you with round faces.
AVOID - curly short hair, short, cropped styles, styles that add volume at the sides.

    2. SQUARE FACE SHAPE

A square face is as wide as it is long but with more of an angular appearance than a round face.
The goal with a square face shape is to play down your angular jaw line. This is easily accomplished with texture such as curls or choppy ends. Short to medium length is the best but for longer hair, go for layers that start at the jaw and work their way down.
Wispy bangs can help to balance a square jawline.
AVOID - chin length bobs and blunt bangs.

    3. HEART FACE SHAPE

A heart shape face has a narrow jaw and is wider at the forehead and/or cheekbones.
Side swept bangs draw attention to your eyes and away from your chin. A bob is also a great way to balance a heart shaped face. Long layers are a must if your hair is short or long.
AVOID - choppy layers, super short hair and volume at the crown.

    4. OVAL FACE SHAPE

An oval face has a length that is equal to one and a half times width.
Lucky you! an oval face is considered to be proportioned and well balanced. You can get away with almost any hairstyle so have fun!
AVOID - short layers that add height at the crown or top of your head, avoid a blunt cut if your hair is curly or thick.

    -
    -
    -
    5. LONG/RECTANGULAR  FACE SHAPE

A long face shape is longer than it is wide, a rectangular is the same just with a more angular appearance.
A hairstyle that is short to medium in length will most compliment a long face. You can soften a rectangular face with layers that fall around your face.
Styles that create width work wonders as well. Chin length bobs, brow skimming bangs and curls or waves.

AVOID - long hair (this will only make face even longer) and super short hairstyles.

[Review] Jeju island (in South Korea)

Last year, I went to Jeju island with my family.
Jeju Island, known as the "Island of the Gods," is a popular vacation spot for Koreans. yeah, when I went there, it was best and wonderful place as well:)
If you read this blog continuously, you can figure out why I feel so.

      [Hotel]
my family and I went to "Haevich Hotel". we could see a great park and swimming pool. a wide panorama spreads out before me. not only nice outside, but also beautiful inside was there!
somtimes we ate buffet meal. there were lots of delicious food that 'all-I-can-eat'. I cannot forget tha buffet until now.

     [Breathtaking Natural Beauty]
Jeju Island has a lots of beautiful places. we couldn't see all of the scene, but visited some beautiful places.
one of the three most famous waterfalls on Jeju Island, Cheonjiyeon (meaning a waterfall connecting the sky (Cheon) and land (ji)) received a large number of tourists to get their picture taken with the falls in the background.  paused to look at the view , we were about to take a picture too! yeah~ It was great!! at that time, I thought how great is our GOD:)

    [ Cheonjiyeon ]

Jeju island is volcanic. that means that the soil is very good for growing things, all sorts of things.Jeju is particularly famous for citrus fruits like halla-bong and other tangrines. the richness of the soil is not wasted at all.
And, as it turns out, the soil as well as the weather conditions make the island an optimal environment for growing tea. So during our vacation we went to go to a "Green tea farm" .
I enjoyed drinking tea, ice cream, cake (all of these are made of green tea!) at "O’Sulloc Green Tea museum"  Before entering the museum itself, we tramped through the green tea fields for a little while. The fields were beautiful (even though it was winter) and  with rocky volcanic soil, and we could  smell the manure of the green tea field.

    [ Green tea farm ]

Situated just outside of Seogwipo City is a citrus wonderland in Jeju island, there are  mandarin orange farms that operated by farmers. I' ve heard Winter is the best time to harvest mandarins, so these farmers are busiest at this time of the year. Jeju Island is known for its delicious mandarin oranges. so we decided to go to "Mandarin Orange farms".
We could not only enjoy fruits but also pick fruits by ourselves:) It was interesting experience.

[ Mandarine orange/ the fruit is picked by my father ]

If you have never seen under the sea, I recommend that this is a great way to see the beautiful underwater flora and fauna around the island without scuba diving.
You can travel underwater in a "Submarine". I saw the wonderful world under the sea by submarine. I was beeeaaauuutiful beyond any possibility of expression in words...

[ Under the sea- in submarine ]

The last thing that I want to mention is "Riding a hores"!!!! there was a feeling of freedom, of breaking the shackles and surging forward when I am riding a horse.
My family and I sought out all feelings like thrill, romanticism, and fear(?) while horse riding in Jeju. (actually my father was afraid of horse riding..haha..his face took on a set expression while horse riding. besides, my mom declined to ride...hh)
Anyway, horse riding in Jeju, I swear It's going to be also your chance to be one with nature and in absolute tranquility!
